This Month's Topic: Sticky Hands Training, Continued
The seminar will Continue with the "sticky hands" training, and how it can be very beneficial for speeding up your contact reflex. Emphasis will also be on developing sensitivity in your push hands skills. The seminar will be from 9am until noon. Every one is welcome--no specific style of Tai Chi Chuan will be emphasized, and participants will be working on two person exercises that cover the interactive aspects of Tai Chi Chuan. Traveling from I-4, you take the exit for 434 and head east on 434. Go to the traffic light for 427 also called Ronald Reagan Blvd. and turn left (If coming from the 17-92 direction turn right). Go to the traffic light at Gen. Hutchinson Parkway and turn left into the parking lot for 2100 Ronald Reagan Blvd, where Tiger Martial Arts is located.
