Introduction
I have trained in martial arts for 20 years (and now teach Systema, Russian martial art) and enjoy the internal arts as well. This is an area I wish to explore more so now.

No one. I am looking for a great teacher.
What style of Tai Chi do you practice?
I have done the first part of the Yang style many years ago.
How long have you practiced Tai Chi?
6 months.
If you are new to Tai Chi (or experienced), what attracts you to it?
The ability to move internal energy.
