This is a great way to relax and get together with like-minded happy people. We will unite 1-2 times a month to practice Taichi and Qigong. Our homebase will be Kanata, but our goal is to do Taichi and Qigong in nature anywhere in the West end. No experience needed as there will be casual lessons. Administrator is certified in Qigong for Stress Relief and Radiant Lotus Qigong.
