Our focus is to bring a level of understanding about your body, it's mechanics, and learn the art & science of being barefoot. Activities are unlimited: Barefoot & Minimalist (VFF) Running, Yoga, Qigong/Tajiquan, Pilates, Martial Arts, Outdoor Adventures, Health and Fitness, Clinics, Workshops & More! In addition we collect shoes for Soles4Souls organization.
