This group is for people who like to learn, have fun & stay healthy. Tai Chi is a fun & effective way to build a healthy body and a strong mind. These classes are made possible by your contributions. The suggested after class donation is $5-$10. If you can't afford this amount please contribute by telling your friends about us. All fitness levels are welcome and no previous experience is necessary.
We are a group of taiji (tai chi) enthusiasts who together practice Traditional Chen Style Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan), under the tutelage of Master Wang Hai Jun, whom we host three times a year. Between his visits, Marc and Leslie , senior students of WHJ, lead classes providing detailed instruction in the principles and practice of Chen Taiji.
