I'm new to the area and would love to meet some people who are interested in exploring QiGong and the benefits it can bring to our lives. I've taught this system of QiGong for 5 years and am exciting to share it with even more people here in Raleigh. This MeetUp is dedicated to the learning and experiencing of the ancient practice of Daoism, Medical QiGong and Internal Alchemical practices. Daoism is over 5000 years old and has found roots in Western Culture and the US. This MeetUp will be lecture and experiential focusing on healing, health and wellness and the Medical QiGong principles behind the practices. Come prepared to experience!
