Learn and practice Taoist Tai Chi in the Bedminster area of NJ. We are an out reach program of the TTCS of the U.S. through the NY-NJ-CT Metro branch (see the international website at www.taoist.org), a not-for-profit organization spreading Tai Chi for the health benefits. Tai Chi delivers both health benefits and is known as 'moving meditation' because of its ability to sooth the mind, and IT IS FUN! We hope to be practicing out-of-doors in the nice weather.
